In addition to the general screening process, on request from our clients, we utilise a competency-based approach where our clients with Kai Batla confirm core competencies required for positions. Questions related to these competencies are developed to ensure fair and accurate assessment of skills. This ensures that the best- suited candidates are selected and objectivity in the first-line screening process. This also enables our clients to eliminate time spent on a lengthy selection process by moving directly into the final interview.

Clients receive resumes of shortlisted candidates together with a summary of the first-line screening results. This maybe printed or emailed depending on client preference. Reference checks are conducted at the stage when our client shows interest in making an offer to a candidate. Criminal, credit, qualification and association checks maybe conducted on client request.
